Thank you for your interest in using Standard Publishing's copyrighted material. Please read the following permission policy before proceeding with your request.
Permission Policy
Written permission is required if you wish to reproduce any of Standard Publishing's materials in any form. Once an idea has been produced in tangible form, the owner of the work has the sole right to copy the work or to allow others to copy it. The very nature of copyrights is to protect the work of the person who has created such a work, even if that work goes out of print. Without copyright, anyone could make any use whatsoever of materials produced. Copyright gives the producer legal protection over his materials. Therefore, copyrighted material cannot be reproduced in any fashion without the express permission of the copyright holder. In some cases, the copyright holder is the author, composer, or artist. In many cases, however, the copyright holder is the publishing firm.
Blanket permission (or permission to copy our materials on an on-going basis) is not granted on any of Standard Publishing's copyrights. Therefore, inquiries and granted permission are handled on an individual usage basis.
Permission Policy Regarding The Lookout® and Christian Standard®
THE LOOKOUT® and CHRISTIAN STANDARD® weekly magazines grant permission to make up to 1,000 copies of articles appearing in current magazines (2002 and following), provided it is not a syndicated article or used by permission of another party (such as an excerpt from a book).
If you are reprinting using the above guideline, the following copyright notice must accompany all reprints: "Taken from [Name of magazine, Copyright © (date) by (copyright holder). Used by permission of Standard Publishing].
All other inquiries require a written or electronically submitted request.

- Exact amount of material to be used
